Ember & Oak began with a simple belief: that great food comes from great ingredients, handled with care and cooked with conviction. Chef Marcus Wren spent years working in kitchens across France and California before returning to New York with a singular vision.

We source locally, change the menu with the seasons, and believe that a meal should leave you with more than a full stomach. It should leave you with a memory.
