What's included in post-launch support?
During your support window we handle bug fixes, browser compatibility issues, and minor content tweaks at no extra charge. Think of it as a safety net while you get comfortable with your new site.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We split all projects into two invoices — 50% to kick off and 50% on final delivery. For Scale engagements we can arrange a custom payment schedule.
Can I upgrade my package after we start?
Absolutely. If your scope grows mid-project, we'll quote the delta and fold it into the existing timeline where possible. We'd rather flex with you than restart.
Do you work with clients outside the US?
Yes — we work with clients across North America, Europe, and beyond. Everything is handled remotely over async tools and scheduled calls.
Will I own the source code?
Yes, fully. On launch day you receive the complete repository and all assets. No lock-in, no recurring license fees — the code is yours.
What if I already have a designer?
No problem. We can work from Figma files or design specs and handle the development side only. Let us know upfront and we'll scope accordingly.
